CALGARY — ENCOM Wireless Data Solutions is pleased to announce that it has finalized an agreement making Temple, Inc. the exclusive distributor for ENCOM's wireless communications products throughout a large portion of the southeastern United States.
Temple, Inc., based in Decatur, Alabama, will exclusively sell ENCOM wireless equipment in six American states — Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee and Mississippi — with more to be added soon.
"We're thrilled," says Doug Carter, senior technical sales representative for ENCOM. "We've never had a dedicated sales force for the southeast U.S.
"Bringing Temple, Inc. on board gives us huge exposure and huge coverage. They have dedicated salespeople in every one of those states. The number of feet on the street that it adds for ENCOM is quite significant."
Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic interconnect customers in these six states will be the biggest beneficiaries of the new arrangement between ENCOM and Temple, Inc.
